When opening IGS file directly from folder object is of screen #226

Minor annoyance/ bug

When opening IGS file directly from folder (windows fiel explorer) object is of screen (view port) and requires the command fit all. When opening fom Fiel>open> ... .igs; the view is centered on object no matter the size or shape.
