Clarify the instructions in README #2

I get my freecad docs from here rather than the ppa on launchpad, my internet is slow and it takes forever to download the nearly 200MB package for freecad-daily-doc. The problem is, I cannot update the docs following the instructions here. I've tried a few times, but am still using an older version - I checked by comparing the home page, my copy still does not include info about the 0.18 release from April 2019.

Looking through the README, it appears ambiguous to me what to do. If I want to update, what is the work flow? Is that different to the first time I run it?

Please could you rewrite it.

It is hard to understand what your issue is, and therefore what should be changed in the doc... Can you explain with more details what are the steps you are doing, and at which point you are getting an issue? Thanks
