Specify Gui::FileChooser::Directory mode for Gui::PrefFileChooser and update path in tooltips.

Note the that the help module is now merged in FreeCAD. I think you already updated that there? Sorry, I have lost track a bit during these last weeks :sweat_smile: - EDIT - nevermind, just saw the other one
