Add comment about fuse for AppImage on downloads.php #152

this is also the case for freshly installed ubuntu versions after 20.04 if I'm not mistaken

i think i'd prefer to put this on the wiki, and add a link to it, and keep the download page as clean as possible.. because otherwise we might soon have it cluttered with messages for all the different possible OS problems
