A collection of changes that collectively update the freecad.org homepage info to reflect the latest release of v0.20

[ ] Update download.php when release tag is finally cut
[ ] I'd like to also improve download.php per https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD-Homepage/issues/90
[ ] push translations for homepage to reflect the changes this PR makes

Many thanks! Your changes are in plus the link to the already available Windows installer.

@donovaly this was missing URLs for the following stable build : Linux, MacOS and windows conda

This will be updated when we have these builds. So in about one or two days.

I think we should anyway wait for the linux/mac builds before publishing... Otherwise someone will see "0.20" and actually download a 0.19 build

I originally left it as a Draft PR with that intention.

We can directly commit. @yorikvanhavre will first update the Website with the code in this repository when we have all builds ready.
