I've created a workbench to fill in titleblock data for multiple TechDraw pages and documents with the aid of the spreadsheet workbench.

The previous pull request had errors, so I created a new one.

This needs a branch = main line in it.

I've added "branch = main". However I've still got an error. it's about pre-commit.ci - pr.

The pre-commit error doesn't matter right now, I just haven't put a config file into this repo.
