FreeCAD → all workbenches #313

Translators so far do not have the option to decide whether their nationality will use translated names of workbenches. Additionally, there are no translations for pop-up hints.

Currently, external workbenches are coming out to lead in this area. More and more of them have this functionality. :wink:

Also that the ToolTips are using the word "workbench" is redundant, of course we know that is a WB because we got them from the WB selector, WB menu. Maintainers should be more creative providing a short description of their WBs.
