Seeing reason why the toolbar buttons are disabled #14834

Is there an existing issue for this?

Problem description

It would be nice if it is possible to see the reason why the toolbutton is disabled. Because the tooltips still show the description as the buttons are enabled

The reason for me was that not the Assembly "Part" was selected in the tree on the left
