`/past-speakers` route is a misnomer and should just be `/speakers` #158

At some point, the purpose of the past-speakers page shifted and now displays the current year's speakers and the option to view past year's speakers. The route should be changed to /speakers to avoid any confusion

I can take a look at this a bit later this evening, just wanted to get an issue open in the meantime
