Improve German translation of combat-related strings #36

replace "Frieden" (peace) with "Sieg" (victory)
replace "zerstört" (destroyed), if only "beschädigt" (damaged) is meant
fix confusing direct translation of "opens fire" ("eröffnet das Feuer")

The translations are handled only through volunteers at this page: https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Translating_talk:FreeCol If this would be merged directly, the next update from translatewiki would eliminate your change. If you would still like to help, please add your changes there.
