Translation in Interlingue #93

Hi - I recently translated FreeCol into Interlingue (Occidental) but translatewiki hasn't been by to update with it so I manually ported it over. (Kind of eager to start playing it in the language)

Canceled this - just found out that it was already exported to SourceForge.

Exports from Translatewiki are automated and occur regularly. Manual imports like you suggest are unnecessary.
