INSTALLER project causes build to fail #31

Fix the Wix Toolset. Fix the links to our forum. Fix the path to the RELEASE build.

Not an issue any more. Once a RELEASE build is successful, those errors no longer exist. Obviously, the installer will get an overhaul before we release anything.
