Better reaction to timeouts #9

We need to display some kind of timeout message when action cannot be performed. Right now, for example, if connection is lost during sign in, nothing happens - no errors, no indications of the issue.

Considering that this is mobile version...

timeout are handled much better on main action (post/comment/like) do we really need timeout handling on sign in?
