3rd party downloads do not work #248

I am trying to install FreeFem with the 3rd party installations.

Quite a few of them seem not to work:

And so on.

Is there an update to the 3rd party getter that works?

Use PETSc to download these. You'll get up-to-date packages and functioning mirrors.
