Installation problems on apple m2 #274

Hi, tried to install FreeFem on Apple M2 Max laptop using Apple-M1 version, but the installation does not go through. I get the following error: “FreeFem++” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash. Is there a way to install it on an Apple M2 machine?

Hello, the same problem here, we found that it was installed in /usr/local:

/usr/local/ff++/mpich3/bin/FreeFem++ and it works with some examples. This is from archive 4.14 ( FreeFEM-v4.14-32-ga0c88dd0-Apple-Silicon-O.dmg ). It seems that something is broken in /Applications/FreeFem++.app
