4.13 was the first release I try, and I couldn't achieve any rendering while installed in a windows server 2016 virtual machine, Nvidia Quadro M2000 GPU. It's a remote desktop environment we use for our students in our school. But it's working fine on my desktop with only intel integrated gpu.
This is the error that pops :

I downgraded 4.13 to 4.12 and it's working fine...
