Release version 4.14 #294

I will keep on rebasing this branch on top of develop, but if you don't want anything major released before the FreeFEM days, maybe it would be nice to create the release as soon as possible. Just let me know @phtournier and @frederichecht.

J'ai 2 : 3 modifications que j'aimerais mettre mais aussi je peux les mettre dans la version après ,

remarque , j'ai un truc pour compiler en sonoma car le gfortran plante au niveaux de l'edition de lien.

voila les script pour interface gfortran. 

Ca compile sur mon M2 / sonoma mais je n'ai pas encore testé petsc.

On Sonoma/Xcode 15, you probably want the flag 'LDFLAGS=-Wl,-ld_classic', but this should be fixed with Xcode 15.1.
