New volunteers creating duplicate user/employee records #24

New volunteers, when entering their data, may hit the "Save Volunteer Info" button more than once - this can create multiple (often 2-3) accounts with the same "name", which causes confusion when signing in

A possible solution (via Brad T) would be to disable the button after the first click
