Importing Hours #8

When switching from factotum to OpenERP, we'll need to import volunteer hours that have been stored in that system

Probably a result of the fact that volunteer timesheets from CouchDB aren't in chronological order by default; might be able to solve simply by sorting (either in query, or in Python)?

As of 964049cc641fb92fd2f7bbc012c7cb0382929a5e, we can manually import hours for users whose username HAS NOT changed; still need to tweak script to allow for changed usernames, importing multiple names to one "employee", etc.
