Old style [[DATE]] token is not replaced during printing when added inside html form file #85

Try to add [[DATE]] in the html file inside a form, print the form, [[DATE]] is printed instead of the current date...

[[DATE]] is working normally when used in the headers or footers, but not inside html printing templates.

I can't reproduce this bug anymore... I will close it if 0.9.10 beta release tests confirm this.
