Add Testnet Pool info #66

Apex, Lido, and Panl are "registered" testnet pools for smartclaimz.

We need that information on the website so it's easier for users to understand what they need to do to participate (besides clicking the Gen Rewards button)

Speaking of Gen Rewards, add some text about what that does..

"its a way to simulate an available airdrop claim without having to wait for end of an epoch"
