"Send To" Modules Not Functioning #266

Just updated to FreePBX 13 over the weekend.

We use the "Send to Growl" module. Notifications stopped functioning properly. However, when I debug the scheme in the GUI, it functions properly, however when a call comes in, everything works except the "Send To" modules. I tried it with Growl, YAC, and Send to URL -- all work properly when debugging, but not on actual calls.

Just to be clear, Superfecta is working on inbound calls (we get proper CID/CNAM lookups) but the "Send To" modules are not.

Until fixed, try putting Send To sources first in the list (before any sources that would potentially match).
