FOP2 Phonebook Source Module adapted to Work with FOP2 2.31.36 or later #345

Added changes to make it work with newer versions of FOP2 (With advanced phonebook) in the source-FOP2_Phonebook.module file.

will it break the functionality with the existing FOP ? I mean if we release this new code it should not affect the existing working setup for the customers. I see new/old logic which is default to old so logically should work, but still please confirm me.

hello! it will work normally for those who have an old version of FOP2, due to "old" as the default so it will not affect the working setup, it will only change the query if you select the FOP2 version 2.32.36
