New superfecta lookup source for fpbx Allowlist module. Basic fork of source-Asterisk_Phonebook.module

Yes, same file works as-is in any superfecta version including 17.

For anyone who wants to test before it gets merged:

cd /var/www/html/admin/modules/superfecta/sources/
wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/FreePBX/superfecta/c8761fe3f897693aca162a6ccced32e68e566cf9/sources/source-Allowlist.module
fwconsole chown

Obviously ignore the tampered file warnings on the dashboard.
