Superfecta 2.x being used for outbound CNAM lookups #89

Current PIAF (or incredible PIAF not sure which) installs are coming preconfigured to use superfecta to populate the CDR with CNAM for outgoing calls. Technique is described here: http://pbxinaflash.com/community/index.php?threads/add-callee-names-to-cdr.13722/

If another version of the 2.x branch is released, I think we could include a modified version of /bin/callerid.php that does not trigger send-to sources, similar to the file attached in the thread above.

previous commit adds /bin/outboundid.php which will do lookups but no post processing is done on lookups. Tested and working on PIAF 2.0.6.2 and FreePBX 2.10
