Fix for: "Satisfy Any" to allow unauthenticated access from specific IPs not working. #37

The apache directive "Satisfy Any" is not working. The hook ap_hook_check_authn must be used instead of ap_hook_check_access to prevent superfluous password requests if "Satisfy Any" is used. Details can be found in this bug mod_auth_cas Issue 93.
