Link the STM32 BSP drivers used by the applications as submodules for easier update.

Equivalent versions have been used but for:

ism330dlc, replaced by ism330dhcx which is the component soldered on the B-U585I-IOT02A kit.
lsm6dso, updated from v1.5.1 (not available on github) to v1.5.3
veml6030, added due to a dependency from the B-U585I-IOT02A BSP

Please tell if other BSP drivers are to be used by the applications, so that I may extend the present PR if needed.

Merging this PR for now. Feel free to take care of the other drivers (remove or replace with submodules) as you see fit.
