License Workflow Unclear #14

On my first build, it didn't make a lot of sense to me how I was supposed to create the cc license. I ended up hard-coding the name that I was creating into the License.java file...

ccLicense is compiled by a script you fill in the details and it makes a license. Attached is a folder with the LicenseGen software/script that will make it all clear. licenseGen.zip @gtucker6
