On the LiveList of areas and rooms, there is a dropdown list next to each area and each room with a choice to: IP Log and Block for an IP address of a logged in user. When selecting a user, they are blocked from the site based on their IP address for a period of time (you can choose the time and a message to send to the user) - They are blocked the next time they try to post a message - so if they do not post a message, the Block does not take effect.
The page is not formatted in any way and is really hard to read - Should be a grid or at least a line separating each IP address and handle. Maybe we can discuss how it should look?
