Description

This revert applies changes made to support blueprint registration in a core API which can be registered dynamically.

This reverts commit a9cc3ed7c113e9ca2345fb61fd13f4e546d1b5e5, reversing changes made to 9f962ec4f7a64c04aae3082aeab6fc1e0976fdef.
