Issue with the connection

using the one touch install on Ubuntu 20.04 on AWS " wget -qO - https://raw.githubusercontent.com/FreeTAKTeam/FreeTAKHub-Installation/main/scripts/easy_install.sh | sudo bash"

when i navigate to the web address I can sign in fine but it still shows issue with the connection & all cogs are spinning red. if I am doing something incorrect please can someone educate me.

this issue is mirrored when using the new updated user guide for 1.9.9

Clearly your UI is NOT connected with FTS. Check out your Configuration to ensure that the IPs are set

I did see the UI service is enables but failed not running.

I have set ip in the yaml file and another file. I have tried my best to follow every step in the docs. What is it specifically you think i have missed? Thanks for your help by the way.
