Implement Web Map flow into NodeRed Ansible role #60

This PR addresses several key improvements.

  1. Implement a NodeRed WebMap flow in the ZeroTouch installer.
  2. Add a git branch option (--branch xxx-mybranch) to the easy_install.sh and advanced_install.sh which allows developers and advanced users to select which branch of the FreeTAKHub-Installation repository they would like to install with. This is useful for testing new features or fixes in the development or testing branch.
