Moved Installation tasks, moved port to variable. #89

  1. Moved Installation tasks from configure-Ubuntu.yml to setup-Ubuntu.yml.
  2. Removed references to port 1880 and instead now reference "noderedserver_port" variable in the NodeRed role.
