This PR adds logic to pull the SALUTE, Videochecker, and Webmap flows from their respective Git repositories, adding some more extensibility to developing the flows without having to convert them to Jinja templates in the FTS-I repository. Testing has been performed and the initial implementation seems to be working. The changes to the flow repositories still need to be merged, and FTH-I updated to point to those repos.
Git Actions completed successfully, and local testing confirms all flows are created as expected. See attached screenshot for validation.
