Incomplete yaml setup #556

Note - I am using PuttY to ssh into my pi. using - ri pi 8g with 240g usb ssd. OS - ubuntu 20.05 server Python 3.10

Tried to install Fts 2 alpha and beta, but both will not fully create a yaml file.

The configuration_wizard file will not write these lines: 140 - 144, 146-147, 150-152, 155-177

I tried to manually rebuild the yaml and this did not fix the issues.

SSL certs being created are not generating the IP address in which I am using due to this
