Video whitelisting for parental control - a major missing feature of Youtube #1191

Hi, Congrats on the great application and concept.

I have been looking for ways to authorize youtube to my three kids for years, in a controlled manner.

Ideally I would want FreeTube to read a csv at startup and only authorize videos in that list.

For now I have set up a DNS server on a raspberry pi that allows to swich on or off the access to youtube. What I really want is to authorize educational stuff, and remove all the useless fail videos etc. So whitelisting is the only proper way to do so.

I have a limited experience coding experience, but would be happy to try contributing if steered into the right direction!

Sounds good. We already have a request for kids safety over at #1086 We did not get to that yet though. Atm there are too much things to do, but as I said over there, I'd be happy to collab with someone to work on this topic as I believe that this is a good feature.
