[Bug]: Add to profile and remove from profile buttons should be removed when `Hide unsubscribe button` is enabled

Describe the bug

1. Enable Hide unsubscribe button in the Parental Control Settings
2. Go to the profile manager and select any profile except for the All Channels profile
3. Scroll down to the Subscription list section and delete a channel with the delete selected button
4. Scroll down to Other Channels section and add a channel with the Add Selected to profile button

These buttons say add and delete from profile but that is exactly the same as subscribing or unsubscribing to a channel

Expected Behavior

IMO these buttons should also be removed when Hide unsubscribe button is enabled in the parental controls
