Describe the bug

1. Open FreeTube 1.5 (automatically opens subscriptions videos tab)
2. Shows "Channels with Errors" listing all channels, and no videos shown
3. Reload/Restart app
4. Channels no longer listed, only "Your subscribed channels does not currently have any videos"
5. Trending works, subscriptions shorts works, playlists work, but now I no longer have a subscriptions videos feed

Expected Behavior

1. Open FreeTube
2. Subscriptions load
