[Feature Request]: Allow only one window instance to play instance

Problem Description

When having multiple windows (/ tabs https://github.com/FreeTubeApp/FreeTube/issues/333), it probably makes sense if only one played at most times

Proposed Solution

"When I already have a video playing in window 1 and start playing a video in window 2, i want window 1 to get paused".

If implemented, only as an option please.

I think the scenario @efb4f5ff-1298-471a-8973-3d47447115dc outlined is something that people actually want. They want to play multiple videos, for example listening to music while playing an completely unrelated video (e.g. educational, work, scenery etc.).
