(Accessibility issue) No way to translate from Subtitles/Captions to preferred language

Auto-translate button in CC/subtitles menu

Translate subtitles dropdown and switch in Player settings

display more information to user, improvement to existing feature, new optional setting

Also helps with accessibility.
