[Bug]: Removed video from playlist is still associated with the playlist

Describe the bug

When the user navigates to a video that was part of an user playlist through the History tab the video is still associated with the playlist

Expected Behavior

When navigating to the video through the History tab the video shouldnt be associated with the playlist anymore

I'll note that I think this is a good bug IMO
