Describe the bug

1. Click on any video
2. Play the video
3. Fullscreen the video
4. Manually exit out of the app (via the taskbar)
5. The app is going to load in fullscreen mode

Expected Behavior

The taskbar and title bar should be shown. In other words, the app should start normally instead of being fullscreened.
