Surname Lock Tick box #40

Upon initial selection of the Surname (Lock) Tick box the input curser immediately moves to the ‘Given Name’ field whether or not there are any characters in the ‘Surname’ field.

To overcome this the user has to enter a Surname before selecting the Surname (Lock) tick box.

Subsequently, when the user enters a different Surname and the Surname (Lock) tick box is still active the curser does not move to the ‘Given Name’ field. The user has to press Tab to move the curser to the ‘Given Name’ field.

If the user deselects the Surname (Lock) Tick Box before completing an entry the Surname is deleted from the entry.

Have not had time to look for a solution to this issue. It is a minor issue and once a user is aware they can avoid the combination of events which results in the observation.
