Reset Field Parameters - Remove button #113

The remove button doesn't seem to do anything at present. Whilst the changes to add another field works I still think that we should be looking at a 'hide and unhide' action rather than an 'add and remove' action.

It may be that he Remove button doesn't do anything if you already have data in the corresponding field.

I just used the Remove button to remove the register entry number field, and it worked. I assume the intent here is that it should be equivalent to unchecking the box for the field when you set up the file. It means that the FlexCSV field will not be written to the CSV file.
