Checks on dates in FreeComETT

When a user Submits an entry for a baptism, FreeComETT could check that the baptism date is after the birth date (if present). For burials which include death dates, the check would be that the burial date is after the death date. Sometimes these are transcriber errors, so having these checks would be useful in prompting the transcriber to correct them, but sometimes they are errors in the original document, in which case the transcriber would have to confirm that.
