Therefore she transcribes the left-hand side of the certificate, and then the right-hand side. This workflow also motivates allowing transcribers to arrange the data-entry fields to their own liking, as much as possible.
Allow transcribers to add or delete fields within data entry columns and to move them within and between columns so that the order of data entry can follow the document as closely as possible.
