• [x] Remove Brenda from Scrum invitations
• [x] Unsubscribe her from GitHub/Zenhub emails (once Researcher and Transcription processes specialists have taken over).
• [x] Caernarfonshire 1861 has images but no Pharms file - Pat to ask Richard Light
• [x] Plan a campaign for volunteers alongside London 1871 fundraising (COORDs to take on one or more of the ~32 Civil Parishes, transcribers for each ‘Syndicate’) Pat’s note “ask Coords about London” [made a FreeCEN epic]
• [x] Send a message to transcribers to encourage stepping up to COORD role (incl. Proofreaders and Validators)
• [ ] Pat to contact FHS as a potential source of COORDs

Replied to Brenda 11/12. @richpomfret could you undertake the actions re inviting Brenda to meetings, and subscribing to Github/zenhub please? At the next FreeCEN meeting we need to consider/re-allocate all stories wheere Brenda is assigned, and remove her. At this, or a subesquent FreeCEN meeting ween need to look at the Images epic (#704), publishing the info for Coords (#377), and database coverage page (#761) - I'm going to try and take a look before the meeting and move on as far as I can. I've marked them all as high priority as a reminder that they need attention.

Densured all documentation tasks are now in an epic (help for researchers, document existing tools, or document new tools, also an epic for coord-related documentation). Reviewed all images stories. Ensured all database coverage stories are now in the epic, reprioritised the need to consider the coverage page.
