How to record who created what (non-transcription creation) e.g. blog post, code, documentation)

Google sheet and folder with copy of licences?

Single document with links to where licences are held. Need to think about how to record photographer with image, Need to check if our platforms are recording this data. Need to track things (e.g. images) where we have one-off permission, not covered by a blacket licence for all contributions / specific cc etc for that work.
