Added to forms.

Added to where we have newsletter sign up on FUG site: Contacts page, Home page and About page, Newsletter archive. @Parthipan-Natkunam could you assist with styling please? (see email 21/5) (since managed to get this page looking good: https://www.freeukgenealogy.org.uk/about/pages/newsletter-archive/)
