Pieces online but zero records showing #1501

So for CHS 1861 10 pieces Online but Records = 0 Drilling down via View Pieces there are several pieces that are showing as Online but have 0 records Online - looking at RG9_2555A as an example:

This is a piece that has a 'Shared VLD File' recorded in the underlying database record (document)’. I am aware how this specific scenario arises (maybe Rhoda or Geoff can comment on that). In this case the 'Shared VLD File' is RG092555.VLD and has actually been uploaded in Derbyshire (DBY). The relevant Piece is RG9_2555, so looking in RECORDS for Derbyshire we have:

So it is something to do with the Place (Hayfield) in this example being split across 2 counties????

Not sure if this sounds feasible (and or correct) or what we should actually do about it in the RECORDS pages if anything.

The Civil Parish clean-up will fix this gradually. At some point in the future after this, we need to identify all files ending with an uppercase letter (e.g. A, B, C etc.) and split and revalidate the POBs. Once we've cleaned the data it'll be much easier to do the split.
